Help useful AI practice
spread across
your company.

Give people somewhere to find ideas for their work, learn from colleagues’ attempts, and understand your company’s guidance. aiready brings that knowledge and conversation together, with an AI assistant to help people get started.

See how it comes together

01 / Find a relevant starting point

“Where could AI help
with my work?”

A good demo can still leave someone wondering what to do on Monday. Start with a task they recognize and an example that explains how to approach it.

Use cases give the work context. Guides explain the steps. Reusable prompts offer a starting point when they’re useful.

Tried AI to group our interview notes this week. A useful first pass, but it missed a concern only one customer raised.

I’ve shared the approach below, including how we checked the themes and kept those exceptions visible.

02 / Learn from someone who’s tried it

“Someone here must
have tried this already.”

A colleague’s experience can answer what a generic tutorial can’t: what helped, what went wrong, and what needed a closer look.

Bring those attempts into a shared conversation. Ask a question, add what you learned, or save an example for when the task comes around.

Has anyone found a useful way to turn meeting notes into a handover?

My first attempt looked tidy, but mixed up who owned two of the actions. What do you check before sharing it with the next team?

We ask it to keep the source sentence beside each action. Missing owners stay marked as unknown.

That would make checking much easier. I’ll try it on our next handover and share what happens.

03 / Know the boundaries

“What are we
allowed to do?”

Uncertainty about company rules can stop a useful idea before anyone tries it. Give people guidance they can find, understand, and check against their situation.

Keep published policies, who they apply to, and the right contact together. Your built-in AI assistant can help people find and understand the guidance they can access.

Before you begin

Use a company-approved tool for customer research. Check that the tool is approved for the information you plan to use.

Prepare your notes

  • Remove names, contact details, and identifying details before submitting interview notes.
  • Keep the original records in the approved research workspace.
  • Check suggested themes against the original notes before sharing your findings.

04 / Get help with the next step

“I found an example.
How do I apply it?”

aiready includes an AI assistant called Aime. It helps you understand an example, find relevant company guidance, and work through your next step using the knowledge you can access.

Keep the conversation with colleagues close, too. Their experience helps when the work is more complicated than the example.

05 / Keep what you learn

Give the next person
a better starting point.

Turn a lesson from today’s work into a guide someone else can use tomorrow.
